How do I confirm my subscription status?

You can confirm current and past subscriptions by visiting https://emeals.com/account/settings/payments/.

On this screen you can edit and update your credit card information.

You can also confirm your previous subscriptions and current subscriptions. On the left column you will see the name of your current plans (Family or For Two Plan (Dinner), Lunch and/or breakfast). If you have canceled your auto-renew, you will see the note "Cancelled next renewal payment" under the plan. If you don't see this note and you wish to cancel, follow the instructions in this article.

The next column lists the dates of your subscription. If you cancel before your renewal date, you can still access your eMeals account until the end date. Logging into the app will not restart your account or charge your account. If you cancel during trial, you will automatically lose access to your eMeals account.
