Grocery shopping doesn't have to be a hassle. In fact, it can be done from the comfort of your couch, while you wait in the pickup line or anywhere for that matter! With eMeals, you can send your shopping list directly to Walmart, Kroger (FredMeyer, Fry's, King Soopers, Pick'n Save, Ralphs & Smith's), Albertson, Safeway, Instacart and Amazon Fresh.

Finding what partners we integrate with in your area has never been easier! Just follow the steps below.

1. Open the eMeals app and go to the "Shopping List" tab.

2. From there, you should see Online Grocery Shopping. Click on the link and you can enter your zip code.

3. Once you do that, you will see a list of all the stores and services you can use near you.

4. Click on the service or store you prefer.

5. Log in and start shopping! 

If you don't see one of the stores mentioned above for your zip code that does serve your area, reach out to customer support and we will get that added for you!
