Does eMeals provide nutritional information?

eMeals strives to make eating healthy at home a hassle-free task. At this time, we provide nutritional information for our Keto, Low Calorie, Low Carb, Clean Eating, Quick and Healthy, Diabetic and Heart Healthy plans.  Our meal plan writers strive to provide balanced meals with a good variety.

We are eager to have this feature available for all our plans in the near future. If you would like a link to My Fitness Pal where you can drop eMeals recipes in for nutrition information, our support team is happy to send that to you.
